FarinPhily Men provides custom menswear tailoring services, including but not limited to:

• Custom suit and formal wear tailoring
• Wardrobe consultation and building services
• Custom shirt and trouser production
• Seasonal outerwear tailoring
• Fabric selection and style advisory services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Account and Consultation Booking

When you schedule a consultation or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order for our tailoring services:

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase services
• We will confirm receipt of your order
• A binding contract is formed when we accept your order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in certain circumstances

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation will be honored. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined during your consultation. Typically:

• A deposit may be required to begin production
• Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods

Custom Tailoring Process

Measurements and Fittings

You agree to:

• Attend scheduled measurement and fitting appointments
• Provide accurate information about your preferences and requirements
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your measurements or requirements

Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Fabric availability and selection
• Complexity of the garment
• Current production schedule
• Fitting appointment availability

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Alterations and Adjustments

We provide complimentary alterations within twelve months of delivery to ensure proper fit, subject to normal wear and no significant changes in body measurements.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Consultation appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice
• Orders can be cancelled before fabric is cut, subject to cancellation fees
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
• Deposits for cancelled orders may be non-refundable

Returns and Refunds

Because all garments are custom-made to your specifications:

• Custom garments cannot be returned or exchanged
• Refunds are not provided except in cases of significant defects in craftsmanship
• We will remake or repair any garment that does not meet our quality standards

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. If your garment has defects in construction or materials, we will repair or remake it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper care or cleaning
• Alterations performed by third parties
• Fit issues resulting from significant changes in your measurements

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FarinPhily Men and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works from our content

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except where prohibited by law.

Severability
